You'll find us in the shop of Albir Cycling, in Alfaz del Pi, just north of Benidorm. This is the area where the majority of procyclists do their season preparations. This is a perfect area and climate for cycling.

Bikefitting with us involves surveying your assumptions and goals, checking the setup of your shoes, 3D analysis of you while cycling on a trainer, adjustments and more analysis, and finally you receive a report by email with what has been done and with the measurements on setting up your bike.

Comfort

Pain and aches destroy much of the joy of cycling for many. For elite athletes, comfort means being able to be aerodynamic all the way to the finish line.

Power

More watts in the pedals gives more speed. Most of us want to get faster, whether we're fighting to beat ourselves or win competitions. If you sit too high or too low, you lose power.

Better Technique

Your work pattern is a combination of the settings on the bike and your technique. We often uncover improvement potential in the athlete's technique and come up with tips on exercises to improve.

Aerodynamics

Has meaning for everyone regardless of level. You don't want to waste your energy. A good balance between aerodynamics and comfort is desirable for most people, but crucial for the elite athlete.

Injury prevention

A properly adjusted bike and shoes reduce the risk of strain injuries. We also look at your technique and weed out bad "habits".

Efficiency

With the right sitting position, so you have good technique, stability and aerodynamics, you will be more efficient on the bike and reach your goals more easily.

Flexibility

The bike is symmetrical and we humans rarely are. Asymmetries and various limitations in mobility affect how you cycle. Where are your limitations and what can you do about them?
